Vesta is a student that attends the Cloud Tower School for Witches and is the daughter of Darcy. Much like her cousins, Vesta does not wish to take over the Magic Dimension like their mothers expect of them, and so she fled with them to Cloud Tower.

Vesta has inherited her mother's powers over darkness and hypnotics. As such, Vesta's magic often manifests itself in the form of ever-expanding purple rings and dark shrouds. She can induce various types of mental injuries to others that range from dizziness caused by vertigo to blindness, and can have them vary in intensity if given the chance. She can also conjure up various illusions, ranging from optical illusions to shadow doubles and even disguises. Due to her illusionary talents, Vesta can tell the difference between other illusions and real objects.
Just like her mother, Vesta can hypnotize people; getting them to either move their bodies beyond their control while still conscious or even suppressing their consciousness, making them akin to mindless slaves. Given her and her cousins' circumstances, Vesta prefers to use the latter as her main method of hypnosis when it comes to gathering information.
Vesta's darkness can also corrupt the people and objects around her. She usually does so by taking in whatever emotions that a person is feeling and amplifying its most negative half to a point where the person can barely contain it. For instance, if she and her cousins need cover, she can either take the nearest person's rage, turn it up to an uncontrollable degree and direct their now uncontrollable rage onto a target or corrupt an object, turning it into a ravenous monster. She also claims to be magically linked to all nearby shadows as she can accurately detect the number of nearby beings and objects that hide under them. This detection of hers obviously works best at night and is similar to that of night vision. She can also slip into shadows and teleport from place to place by doing what she calls "Shadow Walking." Offensively, Vesta can conjure up various nightmare creatures from the shadows to attack.

- Vesta's birthday, June 15th, is also tied to the Roman Goddess as the Romans held a festival that lasted from the 7th to the 15th of June called the Vestalia.
