Marah is the self-proclaimed Witch of Plagues or Witch of Disease and is a member of a group of fellow Cloud Tower witches known as the Trix Trainees. As she the more sociable member, Marah often being mistaken for a fairy in most instances but hidden behind her sociable and friendly nature, she proves to be just as sinister as any witch, as she is not afraid of using her powers over diseases to cause her enemies to writhe in agony.

Marah is a rather outgoing and sociable girl, who is often mistaken of being a fairy because of how much of a social butterfly she is. Despite her outwardly sweet nature, Marah can be just as prideful and wicked as any of the other witches of Cloud Tower. As the self-proclaimed Witch of Disease, Marah tends to find pleasure in watching living things experience suffering via illnesses. To further her fascination in how living things behave as they suffer through illnesses, Marah often tends to experiment with already existing illnesses; for example, she will try to enhance the effects of a common cold in order to make it hit as hard as influenza. Her sinister type of magic has even won over the attention of Isenna, another Cloud Tower witch that is widely feared within her class.
Even though her magic is rather sinister, Marah has been encouraged to use her powers for good by most of the Cloud Tower professors since she can suppress the effects of an illness or completely remove it from the body if she chose to do so. Marah pretends not to listen to the encouragement, she tends to give it a lot of thought, as shown when she gets into an argument; specifically over someone insisting that she is a truly good person.
Marah is very open to gaining as many friends as possible, however, she only does so as she believes that she will be able to get away with just about anything if people like her well enough. Despite this, Marah has become close friends with Isenna, even forming a genuine bond with her.
